結束連續三天Dr. Stephen Gilligan的「生生不息催眠(Generative Trance0」初階工作坊

到了第三天，自己到了最佳的身心狀態

對於老師在結尾時所說的關於Millton Erickson的小故事好有感覺～

Dr. Gilligan說他是在大學時跟了Millton學六年的催眠

在還沒有成為Millton的學生之前，他想說自己是個窮學生，不知道要怎麼付學費

但是他心裡強烈的共鳴「這就是我要的！！」讓他沒有辦法忽視它

於是，他開口了，詢問Millton可不可以成為他的學生？學費是多少？

Millton用他特有、緩慢的音調說（Gilligan模仿Millton的聲音）：「你可以成為我的學生，不用給我一毛錢」

「你能夠回饋我的，就是把你在這邊所學到、對你有幫助的東西，傳承出去」

Dr. Gilligan說這對於當時是窮學生的他，是一個好大的恩惠！

不只Dr. Gilligan，其他幾位跟著Millton學習的學生，就住在Millton家裡的會客室，而且都沒有付學費

Dr. Gillgan說，「而且他還送給我最棒的禮物，是愛。Millton出於“愛”做這些事情。」

當我聽到這裡時，我的眼眶紅了，因為我真的可以感受到Millton好濃的愛，以及Gilligan好濃的愛

他們無私、真誠的愛，引起我內心深深的共鳴～

最後，Gilligan送給大家Rumi的詩“Say Yes Quickly"

Forget your life. Say "God is Great." Get up. 

You think you know what time it is. It's time to pray. 

You've carved so many little figurines, too many. 

Don't knock on any random door like a beggar. 

Reach your long hands out to another door, beyond where 

you go on the street, the street 

where everyone says, "How are you?"

如果你打開你的心懷，朝向神的愛，

似乎回答了我昨天在心裡的問題，安撫了我的焦躁

而Gillgan最後再送的幾句詩，彷彿是在對著我說的。

相較於去年，今年再上Dr. Gilligan的課

雖然少了初次見面的驚歎

但是卻能更敞開地練習各種技巧

並且也開始體會、享受生生不息催眠的好處和有趣

因此，帶著Millton和Gillgan深深的愛和期望

未來，我也將以寫文章、做個案、開工作坊的方式

將這些美好的技巧、深深的人性關懷信念分享出去
