三天的阿卡莎花精諮商師一階課程，原本第一次帶課程的我很緊張
但開課前一天晚上靜坐時，想到：我原本就是基於熱愛阿卡莎花精，所以自然而然想要分享出來；那麼，在上課的過程，也只要分享這份愛和光就好啦！！頓時，不覺得緊張，反而喜悅、興奮起來！！

真的，這三天的過程，不只學員們深深浸潤在阿卡莎花精的光與愛中，我自己也跟著轉化。

好感謝所有的靈性協助者，每次帶冥想，我自己也深深地被那份光與愛觸動！

Before three days Akasha Chakra Essences Counselor Level One Training workshop, I was very nervous. But the night before the workshop, I realized in my meditation that: I spontaneously want to share Akasha Chakra Essences because I LOVE it So MUCH!! During the workshop, all I have to do is sharing this love and light. That's it! Suddenly, I didn't feel nervous at all. Instead, I felt joyful and excited.

Truly, during three days training, not only students soaked in love and light of Akasha Charka Essences, I also went through some transformations.

So thankful to all spiritual helpers! Every time I lead meditation, I was also deeply touched by their love and light.

Thank Sai Baba, Agni, Sun Ya bring Akasha Chakra Essence to the earth. People can be deeply nourished by Love. One student wants to love herself more by using Akasha Chakra Essences. One student wants to share it to her family and friends. So wonderful!!

I also want to thank my friend's blessing and help from the staff of IFEC. I felt very supported and comfortable during the workshop. Deeply thanks!!!
