在參加Durga「你的未來之書」工作坊時，Durga分享實現我們靈魂願景的四個步驟
第一步，知道自己靈魂的願景
在這個步驟，Durga引導我們回到靈魂投生之前、在天堂時，去看我們的靈魂對於到地球來的這趟旅程所設下的目標：為何而來
在冥想中，一回到當時，我感到神的愛、無條件的愛，就那樣自然地跟我在一起、將我包圍著，我不禁感動地落下淚來
“原來，神的愛一直跟我在一起，不曾離開過”
在地球上覺得很難懂、不曾實際感受到的經驗，在天堂，是如此自然
感動的淚流了好久…
然後，我去看自己的靈魂設下目標時，
其實，那是在一個很輕鬆的狀態之下，我許了這樣的心願：
我好想要把這樣無條件的愛帶到地球，讓所有的人都可以體驗到，也可以感受到神的愛無時無刻跟他們在一起
我還跟神說，到地球時，我想要遇見很有趣的人
接著，我回顧生命中曾經走過的道路：
從小，看到老人推著車過馬路，就有一股衝動很想衝去幫忙；從事心理諮商的工作，遇見各式各樣的人；在家暴、性侵害的領域工作，到監獄帶團體，去愛一般人認為很難愛的人…
原來，這都是靈魂安排的道路，去打開我的視野，打破頭腦和心的框架，讓愛更擴展，真正實現“無條件的愛”
這一切，又再度讓我流下眼淚…
原來，這些道路，都是靈魂的選擇
再度和自己靈魂的願景連結上，給我很觸動的感覺
不要小看自己的生命，不要小看每個人的生命
靈魂選擇了獨特的路徑，要完成我們來到地球上想要完成的任務，或是學習的功課
我向每個人靈魂的美麗、光亮和愛致上深深的敬意！
In Durga’s workshop “Your future book”, she shared four steps to realize our soul vision.
The first step is to know our soul vision.
During this step, Durga led a meditation to guide us to go back to the time before our soul came to earth, still in the heaven, to see what goals our souls set up for this journey to earth. Why do we come?
During meditation, when I went back to that time, I felt God’s love and unconditional love was with me so naturally, embraced me completely! I was so touched that I cried.
“Actually, God’s love has been with me all the time, never leave me.”
This experience which I couldn’t understand easily and never felt before, when in the heaven, is so natural.
The tears of touching kept running…
Then I looked back the road I have walked:
Since I was a child, when I saw old people pushed heavy carts crossing the road, I had a rush to help. I work as a counseling psychologist so I meet a variety of people. I used to lead group counseling in prisons, to love people whom ordinary people feel difficult to understand and love.
These are paths my soul arranges to open my eyesight, to break the frames in my brain and mind, to expand my love, and truly realize “unconditional love.”
All of these made me cry again.
It turns out that all these paths are choices made by soul.
To reconnect with my soul vision touched me.
Don’t underestimate your own life. Don’t underestimate anyone’s life.
Our souls choose unique ways to realize our mission on the earth and to learn.
I salute to the beauty, light and love of everyone’s soul.
